My story:  In 2010 I was diagnosed with UC.

At that time only 6 inches of my colon was ulcerated.

By August of 2012 my entire colon was ulcerated!

UC (Ulcerative Colitis) is no fun!!

After spending over $500 a month for my medications and experiencing signs of side effects from the meds, I decided to "heal" myself. I knew there had to be a better way than the expensive meds with their long lists of side effects!

As soon as I made that decision, the book "Breaking the Vicious Cycle", written by Biochemist, Elaine Gottschall, was mentioned to me three times in one week! I took that as a que from the universe and started following the protocols lined out in the book in November 2012. During the summer of 2013 I was much better but not 100%. The opportunity to learn QiGong Food Healing was introduced to me along with learning Qigong through Supreme Sciences.

I signed up for all the classes that Supreme Science offered. I have taken and passed the Level I and Advanced Food Healing classes and am now a "Certified, Advanced Food Healing Instructor". I also signed up for all the Qigong classes offered and passed levels I, II and III and Qigong Strength Training. The entire Supreme Science Qigong "system"  and the book Breaking the Vicious Cycle has turned my life around.

Here at Healing Arts Studio,  I offer practices to help you achieve total health inside and out!

Kitchen Boot Camp and Private Sessions - $110 an hour

I love working with families! $110 per hour for up to 4 people

(Exceptions made for younger children)

Groups of 5 or more people $25 per person

I have reversed the effects of UC. During my third colonoscopy in December of 2014 (yes, I was awake!) my doctor told me that he saw NO visible signs of UC at all! He wanted to know what I was doing so I told him and he told me to keep it up! That day six biopsies were taken and only one showed some cellular issues. This indicates that the healing process is still ongoing. I am SO much better than where I was in 2012. I will continue to have colonoscopies every 3 to 4 years. Today it is 2022 and I am still doing well and I still stick to my diet.
