Basic Therapeutic Massage - 30 min - $60, 60 min - $110, 90 min - $165

This basic massage will help you release tension and stress and alleviate aches and pains. Each person is assessed for individual needs and appropriate pressures. A full body massage can be given during the 60 and 90-minute sessions. Focus on one to two areas is given during the 30-minute sessions.

CST or MFR - 30 min - $60, 60 min - $110, 90 min - $165

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) assesses and addresses the flow of the Cerebral Spinal Fluid. Gentle techniques and holds are used to help the body shift into a relaxed state. In this relaxed state the skeletal system and other systems can naturally shift on their own. Myofascial Release (MFR) addresses the fascia throughout the body. The fascia is the thin white membrane that surrounds all our muscles. It weaves its way throughout our bodies like a 3D spider web. Releasing fascial restrictions allows our muscle groups to release, relax and function at a more optimum level.

Deep Relaxation - 30 min - $60, 60 min - $110, 90 min - $165

This special treatment will help you float away giving your mind and body a chance to reset. Reiki or Therapeutic Touch is combined with Massage therapy, Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Myofascial Release (MFR). Together these therapies take you into a deeper place of mental clarity and emotional stability where you are better able to release physical and mental tensions. Plan on doing very little afterward - you won’t want to anyway!

Deep Tissue and Trigger Point - 30 min - $65, 60 min - $120, 90 min - $180      

This massage is given when mostly deep tissue modalities are needed for the duration of the session.

Kinesiology Taping - $60 

Kinesiology tape is used to support and aid in quickened healing to injured muscles and joints and can be used to address posture issues. These sessions typically last 30 minutes and include a consult for home care if needed. Taping can be integrated into a massage therapy session at no additional charge unless the session goes over in time.

Post-Surgical Adhesion Therapy - 30 min - $65, 60 min - $120

This technique addresses scar-tissue restrictions and begins with an application of castor oil and heat which helps soften tissue. The scar tissue is then manipulated with small stroke patterns that help break up adhesions. Several sessions may be required. Please note - not all scar tissue can be fully released.

Reiki or Therapeutic Touch - 30 min - $60, 60 min - $110, 90 min - $165

Reiki is a Japanese technique that helps promote relaxation and reduce stress thus promoting healing. Rei means “God’s Wisdom” or “Higher Power” and Ki is “Life Force Energy”. Reiki treats the whole person – Body, Mind, Emotions and Spirit. Beneficial effects are relaxation, feelings of peace, security and well-being. Reiki is a safe modality and can be used in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques. Reiki will give you the feeling that a wonderful radiating energy is supporting you. According to Reiki philosophy, a weak life force predisposes you to sickness and feelings of stress. When your life force energy is supported and raised you are more capable of happiness and health. Therapeutic Touch is similar to Reiki. TT uses more directive energy and Reiki allows energies to flow where needed.
